Use the Surest app to help take the guesswork out of health care costs. Go to the search bar and type in your symptoms or condition, like “my foot hurts” or “dermatology”. Then, follow prompts to see provider options, actual copays (not estimates), and what’s included in a visit to help you decide how to get care.
Look for Surest Care Ratings.
Surest Care Ratings are a simple way to help you navigate care options and potentially save you money. Higher ratings are given to high-value providers with a record of quality, safety, efficiency and effectiveness, such as lower rates of complications after surgeries and better use of resources. Providers with a higher Care Rating are assigned a lower copay.

Whether you’re on the go or at a provider’s office, use search to find specialists or alternative treatment options. Look for the “Others felt better with” button to support discussions with your provider about next steps in care. You may find other options can offer the same type of care, but save you travel time or money.
