The Surest member’s guide to finding in-network care.

The Surest health plan helps take the guesswork out of finding a network provider. In fact, there’s only one step.

Use the search feature on the Surest app or website to display all the network options available to you—including virtual care. No matter what you search for, all results are in the Surest network. It’s that simple.

Why is finding in-network care important?

In-network providers are doctors and care professionals, including hospitals and other facilities, that work with a health plan to provide members with services at a discounted price. A provider that isn’t contracted with the health plan is an out-of-network provider, which can be more expensive.

Why a big network matters.

A large, national network provides you with more choice. The Surest health plan uses the broad UnitedHealthcare network of 1.7M+ health care providers and 5,000+ hospitals nationwide.

Virtual care options are also included—wherever you are.
